Suomi.fi messages
Through the Suomi.fi messages service, you can send the following types of messages to the registry office of the wellbeing services county of North Savo:
- reminders for clients
- appeals
- applications for reimbursement
- log data requests and requests for clarification of the processing of data
- requests for correction of patient registry data
- requests for corrections of social welfare client register data
- requests for the disclosure of a deceased person's data
The wellbeing services county of North Savo sends the following messages via Suomi.fi Messages:
- Patient letters from Kuopio University Hospital, including attachments such as appointment notifications, examination instructions, and pre-information forms.
- Decisions and responses related to administrative matters you have submitted for processing, such as requests for rectification or complaints.
- Social welfare documents and decisions (from 27 May 2026 onwards). These are delivered as official service of notice, meaning the system records when the customer has opened the message.
