International student exchange programs

The process for Erasmus program exchanges and other exchange internships is typically coordinated through the educational institution. We collaborate with universities and vocational colleges, and all our international students come through their international exchange programs.

Nursing, physiotherapist and bioanalyst students

Primarily, we work with Savonia University of Applied Sciences. Liaise with your designated mobility delegate in your educational institution to facilitate the necessary arrangements. Medical students

Follow the official Erasmus application process for medical internships and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted on time. Mainly, we cooperate with the University of Eastern Finland. They coordinate medical practices at the University Hospital of Kuopio in the Wellbeing Services County of North Savo. Send your request about internship placement to the email address ama@uef.fi.

Pharmacy students

Ensure that you follow the official Erasmus application process for internships and submit all necessary documentation on time. Send you internship request to the School of Pharmacy at the University of Eastern Finland.

Vocational college students

Primarily, we work with Savo Vocational College. You can contact them for further questions and collaboration by email erasmusmobility@sakky.fi.
