The wellbeing services county of North Savo offers a set of digital services that give the client the opportunity to manage their affairs independently. These services allow you to use the services independently without a contact or treatment relationship to a welfare or social services provider.  
The services provide information and support for assessing, promoting, and maintaining your health and well-being, as well as guidance in seeking appropriate treatment or services. These services are always available, regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day.
